2. Reservations and Payments

• Bookings: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our reception.

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
• No-Show: If you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount.

• Guest Conduct: Guests must respect the property, other guests, and staff. Any inappropriate behavior, damage to property, or non-compliance with resort rules may result in the termination of your stay without refund.
• Age Restrictions: Some services, such as the wellness center, may have age restrictions. Please check with the reception for specific policies.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during your stay unless caused by our negligence.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
